How To Order
The Pink or Blue Online Store is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Convenient shopping for you any time day or night!
To order:
1. Click through the categories, find any items you like, and click Order.
2. When you are satisfied with your purchases simply click through to the Checkout where you can confirm choice of products.
3. Confirm your order by filling out the invoice and delivery details, choose your payment method, choose your postage method, and then confirm your order. Simple!
Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your nominated e-mail address and we will process and post your order within 48 hours of receiving it. (Please note order placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday).
You can also order over the phone on 1300 787 609 during business hours (AEST)

Delivery is a flat rate of $8. (excluding Hire items- breast pump, doppler or Mama TENS.
All orders are sent by Australia Post- express post or a reputable courier company to enable tracking of all orders.
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
Delivery time 1- 7 days
Items which are unavailable at the time of your order placement will be shipped as soon as we receive them, we will notify you by email should we encounter any delays. You may request an order update at any time simply by sending us an email to info@pinkorblue.com.au
To ensure our customers are happy with their purchase, and satisfied with the service we offer, refunds for faulty / damaged items will be offered in full after goods have been returned to us. Otherwise a store exchange credit can be organised. Please contact us at info@pinkorblue.com.au to arrange any returns.
We will not accept liability for any items 'lost or stolen' after delivery has taken place just as we will not accept responsibility for deliveries sent to an incorrect address due to mis-spelling on your behalf, so please enter all information with care. We will not refund / exchange due to change of mind, thankyou for your understanding.

What is the cost to hire-
Medela-Symphony- $35 per week. 5th week FREE! Hire for 4 weeks get 1 week FREE.
Medela-Lactina and Ameda- Elite -$25 per week. 5th week FREE! Hire for 4 weeks get 1 week FREE.
Refundable Deposit- $200 is refunded when the breast pump is returned to Pink or Blue.
Delivery Charge- $20 including the return of the breast pump* *Additional delivery charges and minimum hire periods may also apply in Regional Areas.
Two week minimum hire period.

You are required to purchase a milk collection kit for your own personal use.
If you already have a collection kit or part kit, please use the check list to ensure you have all the parts necessary for use with the chosen electric breast pump.
