Fetal Doppler Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
The minimum rental period of the Pink or Blue Fetal Doppler is one month.
A refundable deposit of $50 is charged. The deposit will be refunded when the Fetal Doppler is returned complete and in working order.
The Fetal Doppler will be delivered to you by a reputable courier or Australia Post- Express Post.
You have the opportunity to purchase the Fetal Doppler at any stage during your hire period. The hire charges paid to date will be deducted from the cost of the Fetal Doppler.
The Fetal Doppler remains the property of Pink or Blue unless the full purchase price has been paid.
The hirer is responsible for the Fetal Doppler during the hire period. If the Fetal doppler is lost, stolen or destroyed, you will assume full responsibility for replacement cost.
Cost incurred to replace or repair the Fetal Doppler due to misuse or mistreatment will be charged to the Hirer.
The manufacturers guidelines should be followed at all times when using the Fetal Doppler.
The Fetal Doppler is intended for use solely as a fetal heart monitor. It should not be used for any other purpose.
The Fetal Doppler should not be used for diagnostic purposes. The Fetal Doppler is not intended and should not be used as a substitute for regular prenatal care by Medical practitioners.
Please consult with your Medical Practitioner should you have any concerns during pregnancy.
When you rent the Fetal Doppler from Pink or Blue you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Pink or Blue employee and agents and assigns from all liability arising from or relating to the use of the Fetal Doppler and associated equipment either rented or purchased from Pink or Blue.
