You may have been given a breastpump set in hospital, it is most likely a  one-day breastpump set. These can be used for up to 24 hours or for a maximum of eight pumping sessions.

Is it possible to use the Symphony One-Day Pump Set beyond the indicated time recommendation?

The Symphony One-Day Pump Set is designed for a limited number of uses which is indicated on the sterile foil with max. 24 hours or 8 pumping sessions. For hygienic reasons it should be disposed of and replaced by a new set if a mother needs to express breastmilk beyond this time indication. Optionally, the set can be used once only like a disposable product. Furthermore, the Symphony One-Day Pump Set has to be immediately replaced if milk accidentally gets into the tubing or if parts are missing or damaged.

Can the Disposable Bottles be reused?

No, any product that is labelled with this symbol (single use) must be used once only and should not be cleaned and/or reused. To ensure maximum hygiene and safety a new disposable bottle must be used for each pumping session.
