The Peanut Shell is a pouch-style carrier that is suitable for premmies to toddlers up to 16kg.
The Peanut Shell provides a snuggly cradle for your baby or toddler and a comfortable hands-free carry for you. The Peanut Shell pouch can be used in a variety of positions including:
- cradle (suitable for newborn breastfeeding)
- tummy-to-tummy
- kangaroo carry (upright facing out)
- hip carry
- back carry
As the Peanut Shell Pouch isn't adjustable the sizing is crucial. If you and your partner are very different sizes you may need to order one for each of you.
To find your size take your chest measurement (above your bust right under your armpits) and shoulder to hip measurement (across from one shoulder to the opposite hip bone) to determine the right size for you. When taking both measurements give yourself a couple inches of wiggle room for added measure. The chart below will help you find your size.
